I graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. In 2022, I am joining the Chown Lab as an Honours student. My research will explore the habitat use and spatial distribution of bryophytes in Antarctica. I intend to specifically analyse whether any Antarctic bryophyte species are known to occur in a single locality, and whether the current Antarctic Specially Protected Areas capture these localities.
I have previous research experience on the impact of beach characteristics on turtle nest site selection on Heron Island, the impact of urban noise pollution on communication of Litoria ewingii (brown tree frog), fire prevention policy and management in Sumatra and field experience in the Conflict Islands involving sea turtle monitoring and husbandry.
